Transponder Change to SES-18 Transponder 19

ATTENTION: IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE HSN SATELLITE TRANSMISSION

Dear Affiliate,
The HSN satellite transponder transition is upcoming.
Beginning on January 28th, 2025, the feeds of HSN and HSN2 will be available on both SES-18 Transponder 23 and on SES-18 Transponder 19 located at the 103 degree west orbital location.
If your system is not capable of receiving DVB-S2 signals, you are eligible for a new IRD free of charge. Please complete the below technical questionnaire and if necessary, fill in your system's technical and shipping info to receive the IRD.
By no later than March 31st, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, all affiliates should cease reception from SES-18 Transponder 23 and only receive the feeds of HSN and HSN2 from Transponder 19 on SES-18.
A customer facing crawl will begin running on April 1st, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
On April 30th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, HSN and HSN2 will no longer be available on SES-18 Transponder 23.
