ATTENTION: URGENT CHANGES TO THE HSN SATELLITE TRANSMISSION

Dear Affiliate,
The HSN satellite transponder transition is in progress and systems should begin switching now.
The feeds of HSN and HSN2 are available on both SES-18 Transponder 23 and SES-18 Transponder 19 located at the 103-degree west orbital location.
HSN is supplying new IRDs free of charge. Please complete the technical questionnaire below to confirm your system status and fill in your system's shipping info to receive the IRD.
If you wish to receive your free IRD in time to make the transition, please complete your order today as quantities are limited and shipping has begun.
By no later than April 30th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, all affiliates should cease reception from SES-18 Transponder 23 and only receive the feeds of HSN and HSN2 from SES-18 Transponder 19.
A regularly scheduled customer facing crawl will begin running on May 1st, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
On May 31st, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, HSN and HSN2 will no longer be available on SES-18 Transponder 23.
